Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

This is a full-time role, with the option to work your full-time hours across four days after six months in the role.

As our Alps Finance Manager, you'll be the trusted finance partner for our Austrian and Swiss business and a key contributor to the Country Leadership Team. You'll work closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing and Logistics, helping turn financial insight into action and supporting decisions that drive healthy, profitable growth.

Whether it’s shaping the next forecast, partnering on customer investments, challenging assumptions or helping the team understand the story behind the numbers, you’ll play a key role in the success of the Alps business.

You will

  • Partner the Head of Country and Commercial team to support decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Own the country P&L and balance sheet, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial control and meaningful performance insights.
  • Turn financial data into clear recommendations, helping teams understand the story behind the numbers and what we should do next
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning, balancing short-term delivery with long-term growth ambitions.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing and Logistics teams to support, challenge and unlock opportunities for sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Support pricing decisions, customer investments and commercial proposals to ensure we're making smart decisions for both our customers and innocent.
  • Maintaining strong financial foundations through reliable reporting, smooth period-end processes and healthy financial controls.
  • Build trusted relationships across the business and helping teams navigate opportunities, challenges and change.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's commercially minded and enjoy working side-by-side with the business to help turn great ideas into great results.

Beyond your technical finance skills, you're someone who enjoys building relationships, asking great questions and helping others make better decisions.

You're comfortable balancing the detail with the bigger picture and enjoy translating complex topics into something people can easily understand and act on.

Additionally, you have

  • Experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering, including ownership of a P&L.
  • Strong commercial understanding of what drives sustainable, profitable growth and a passion for helping the business make smart, evidence-based decisions.
  • Experience leading forecasting, budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships and confidently influence stakeholders across different functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a talent for turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • A passion for getting the details right while never losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and communicate the story behind the numbers.
  • A growth mindset, you're curious, open to new ideas and always looking for ways to improve how we work and partner with the business.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Vienna, particularly if based in Salzburg, to collaborate closely with key business partners.

Because you'll help us do the right things in the right way, we'll make sure you're looked after too. You'll receive a starting salary of at least €68,000 (full-time equivalent) and, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table, we're happy to go above that.

On top of that, you'll get a company pension scheme, private healthcare, a performance-related bonus, the option of a 4-day week, and your birthday off to celebrate however you fancy. Plus a bunch of other nice things. Oh, and there'll be smoothies too, naturally.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
