Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the environment too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager to join the Supply Portfolio team. This is an exciting opportunity to own and continuously improve the systems, processes and governance that support our product lifecycle management. You'll play a key role in ensuring our product data is accurate, accessible and fit for purpose, while driving improvements that enable innovation and growth across the business.

You'll be

  • Owning and managing the system that support product lifecycle management, ensuring the platform is maintained, enhanced and supports the evolving needs of the business
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Product Lifecycle Management processes and supporting cross-functional teams across innocent
  • Driving strong master data governance, ensuring clear ownership, high data quality and effective business processes
  • Leading system upgrades, change requests and process improvement projects to continuously improve the user experience
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, super users and external partners to support business objectives and future developments

You'll have

  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management or a similar role within FMCG or a complex supply chain environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and how product data supports business operations
  • Experience managing business-critical systems such as Devex, Trace One or similar PLM platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
  • Excellent communication, organisation and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience leading projects, managing change and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • A proactive, resilient and highly accountable approach

You'll get

  • The opportunity to shape innocent's Product Lifecycle Management processes and systems
  • Exposure to a broad range of teams, projects and strategic initiatives across the business
  • The chance to work in a collaborative, knowledgeable and supportive team with a real impact on how we bring products to life
  • Ownership of meaningful projects that help drive efficiency, innovation and growth across innocent's supply network

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
